These terms govern your use of polarishomeinspections.com and the information on it. The inspection services themselves are governed by the separate written inspection agreement you sign before each inspection — that agreement, not this page, controls the scope, limitations, and liability of any actual inspection.
Inspection agreement controls
Every Polaris Home Inspections inspection is performed under a signed pre-inspection agreement that defines what is and is not inspected, the standards of practice followed, and the limits of liability. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement governs.
Informational content
Pricing, service descriptions, checklists, and guides on this site are general information, not a property-specific opinion or a guarantee of condition. Always rely on your written inspection report — not this website — for findings about a specific property. Commercial inspections are visual, non-invasive condition surveys and are not code-compliance, ADA, or environmental determinations.
Pricing & quotes
Prices shown are current estimates and may change. Cost-calculator quotes are held for 7 days when you book online. Final pricing for commercial and custom-scope work is confirmed in a written proposal. Travel fees apply outside our standard service radius as described on the pricing page.
Scheduling & payment
Online scheduling is provided through Spectora. Payment terms, including any pay-at- closing option, are presented at booking and in your inspection agreement.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and guides on this site are the property of Polaris Home Inspections. You may download and use our free guides for your personal homebuying purposes; please don't republish them as your own.
